Hosted by Ricardo and Isabel Ernst, YOA celebrates its 10-year Anniversary with a transformational event. Esteemed conductor Benjamin Zander will be presented with an award for his achievements and dedication to YOA since its founding.  YOA musicians provide one-of-a-kind musical entertainment, and Benjamin Zander inspires hearts and minds with his engaging perspective on "The Art of Possibility".
