Catherine Ann Stevens

Catherine Ann Stevens is a partner with the law firm of Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, D.C. Previously, she has served as General Counsel for the National Endowment for the Arts; Executive Director of Terra Foundation for the Arts with responsibility for museums in Chicago and Giverny, France; and General Counsel for Occidental International Corporation in Washington, D.C. She was the State District Attorney in Fairbanks, Alaska and in private practice in Alaska.  She also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California.

She has served as a Trustee of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Washington National Opera, Shakespeare Theatre, Ford’s Theatre, Public Television Station WETA, and the Advisory Boards of the Wyeth Center at the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, Maine, the Weill Music Institute at Carnegie Hall, the National Museum of the American Indian, and the National Foundation for Mental Health.
