Born Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As youth, attended the Settlement Music School (piano). Graduated from The George Washington University (BA Art History). After graduating GW, attended work/study program in Museum Restoration at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington DC. During this time, lived in Sienna, Italy and studied Archaeology of the Etruscan Civilization (field research and lab restoration.)
In 1978, studied Aviation and achieved solo flight certificate in single engine airplane.
Interests include music, art, photography, aviation, wine
