Born: Jackson, Mississippi, 1946.
Educated: University of Mississippi, degrees in English and psychology.

Ms. Westbrook initiated her career with Procter & Gamble, world headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. She served on the Marketing Support Teams to help develop and launch leading consumer brands such as Pampers, Pringles, Head & Shoulders, Bounce.

In 1973, she joined one of the top 3 new product consulting firms in the U.S., Synergistic Communications Group, in Kansas City, MO. She was promoted to Sr. Vice President and worked with Fortune 500 corporations including Kraft, General Foods, Ralston Purina, Johnson & Johnson, Hallmark, General Mills.

In 1980, Ms. Westbrook started her own consulting company. She continued working with Fortune 500 corporations. In recent years, her primary clients have been the Johnson & Johnson family of companies: McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Janssen Pharma, Vistakon, Centocor.

Currently working with the largest employer on the Delmarva Peninsula, Shore Bancshares, Inc. SHBI is a $2 billion holding company with a collection of banking, insurance and investment companies: Marketing Strategies, Branding opportunities.

In addition to her profession, Ms. Westbrook is involved with her community in Talbot County, Maryland:

Married to Paolo Frigerio from Milan, Italy. In 1998, was appointed by Milan Mayor Gabriele Albertini to establish a City Model for civility and beautification (to parallel one created by Mayor Guiliani for New York City).

She resides in Easton, Maryland, with her husband. No children. She enjoys painting oil on canvas, sculling, skiing, crewing on the historic Log Canoe regattas (wooden sailing vessels indigenous to the Chesapeake Bay).
