2010 Audition Instructions [**CLOSED/TERMINADO**]
- In order to be considered applications must be received by 15 January 2010 / Para ser considerados, debemos de recibir las audiciónes a más tardar el 15 de enero del 2010
- The preliminary dates of the next July-August Tour are 1 July through 8 August 2010. The countries visited include Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly Brazil. Philip Glass will be the Composer in Residence / Las fechas preliminares para la proxima Gira julio-agosto son del 1ro de julio al 8 de agosto 2010. Los países que visitaremos incluyen Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y posiblemente Brasil. Philip Glass será el compositor en residencia.
- There is no cost to apply to YOA. All accepted musicians participate on full scholarship, including the cost of airfare to and from their home countries / No hay costo alguno por aplicar a la OJA. Todos los músicos elegidos recibirán una beca completa que cubrirá todos sus gastos, incluyendo el costo de transportación aérea de ida y regreso a su país de origen.

SUBMISSION OPTION 1 - Send completed application package (DVD and printed application form) to:

*DVDs will not be returned. DVDs should be formatted for either North American or South American DVD players.
SUBMISSION OPTION 2 - Email completed application (containing YouTube URL address and attached, completed Microsoft Word 2010 Application Form file) to: auditions@yoa.org
- For help uploading your video to YouTube, please consult YouTube Submission Instruction Sheet.
- Please title the email: “Audition of (Your Complete Name) – (Your Instrument) – (Your Country).”
- Do not include any content in the email body other than the link to the YouTube audition and the attached MS Word document.
- You will receive a reply email confirming receipt of your application within 2 days of submission
- Please be aware that the Percussion audition may be too long in length to attempt to upload and send through YouTube.

- *Para ayuda acerca de como subir sus videos a YouTube, por favor consulten Instrucciones para aplicar por YouTube.
- Por favor en el asunto de su correo electrónico escriban: “Audición de (Nombre Completo) – (Instrumento) – (País).”
- En el cuerpo del correo electrónico, no incluyan nada más que el enlace a su audición en YouTube y el documento de Word anexado.
- Recibirán un correo electrónico indicando que hemos recibido su audición a más tardar dos días después.
- Por favor tengan en cuenta que la audición de percusión puede ser demasiado larga para tratar de subirla a YouTube y enviarla de esta forma.
